About

Joey couldn't sleep.
So he built the thing that could.

The store.

Joey ran his own store on Shopify. Growth was the easy part. Every campaign that worked made the inbox worse. Where is my order. Can I still change the address. This arrived broken. The same twenty questions, every day, in every mood.

The nights.

Support became the night shift. First his own: answering from bed at 1 AM, because a waiting customer is a chargeback warming up. Then a VA's: three weeks of training, a real salary every month, and an inbox that still went quiet the moment the midnight sale started. The replies that did go out said "sorry for the inconvenience" to customers holding €500 orders. The math never worked, and the sleep never came back.

The realization.

Every answer already existed. It was sitting in the order data, in the policies doc, in the way Joey himself wrote to customers. Nothing about the work needed another human. It needed his voice and his data, at machine speed. Not a suggestion tool. Not a dashboard for a team. The work itself, done.

Repley.

So he built it, together with TimeFuser, the studio that ships software in days. First on his own inbox, then on pilot stores: replies in 0.4 seconds, cited from the store's own docs, in the store's own voice, handled A to Z. Only legal questions and the truly furious ever reach a human. One flat fee, because meters belong to the old world.

What we hold

Four beliefs. No exceptions.

Speed is the product.

0.4 seconds is not a marketing claim. It is the architecture.

Your voice, not a script.

Every store has its own tone and knowledge base. No "sorry for the inconvenience" on a €500 dispute.

Honest pricing.

Flat fee. No AI surcharge at peak moments, no surprises in Q4.

Trust is infrastructure.

EU-hosted, GDPR-ready, read-only scopes, not an addendum afterwards.

Founder made, for founders
I built Repley because my own inbox was eating my nights. Every store I know either answers "where is my order??" at 1 AM, or pays someone else to answer it slower. Support shouldn't be the reason you're awake.
