How long does install take?

Which AI powers the drafts?
Best-in-class language models for drafting and self-critique, lightweight models for intent classification, and high-quality embeddings for KB retrieval. All vendors contractually agree not to train on submitted data.
Do I lose control when autopilot is on?
No. Autopilot only auto-sends above your configured confidence floor. Angry customers, high-value orders, refund requests, and low-confidence drafts always wait for human review.
Where is my data stored?
Primary infrastructure is EU-hosted (Hetzner Frankfurt + Supabase EU). Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Transfers to US-based AI providers use SCCs with zero-retention endpoints.
Does Repley write to my Shopify store?
No. Repley requests read-only scopes. It never updates orders, refunds customers, or modifies your store. Sending replies happens through your own SMTP.
Can I migrate from Gorgias / Zendesk / Help Scout?
Not yet, Repley replaces a single-inbox workflow, it doesn't run alongside a help-desk. If you want to switch, book a call and we'll scope the migration.
