How long does setup actually take?
Two minutes. Paste one webhook URL into Shopify's notification settings, forward your support emails to a second webhook. That's it — no plugins, no code, no SDKs, no browser extensions.
Which AI powers the replies?
Claude Sonnet 4 (Anthropic). We fall back to template-based replies if the API is briefly unavailable, so your customers never wait.
Do I lose control if auto-reply is on?
Never. Escalated tickets — angry customers, high-value orders, repeat contacts — always wait for human review, even with auto-reply enabled.
Does it speak other languages?
Yes. Classification works with English and Dutch keywords out of the box. Reply generation adapts to whatever language the customer wrote in — including French, German, and Spanish.
Where is my data stored?
EU-region infrastructure. Bcrypt-hashed passwords, HTTPS-only, tenant-scoped isolation, and a 365-day immutable audit trail for every single action.
Can I migrate from Gorgias / Zendesk?
Yes. We import tickets, customers, and macros. Most stores are live on Recovery OS the same day they decide to switch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, month-to-month. Export your audit log as JSON at any time. We never hold your data hostage.
